Yes, we offer samples free of charge. Delivery costs (DHL, FedEx, etc.) are covered by the buyer but will be refunded once the order is confirmed.

4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm. We also welcome trial orders for new projects.

5. What are the payment terms?

For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% payment is required before processing. For amounts over USD 2000, a 30% deposit is required before processing, with the remaining 70% paid before shipping.
