Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available at no charge. Customers only need to cover the freight cost, which will be refunded upon placing a full container (FCL) order.
How long does it take to prepare samples?
It depends on the specific requirements, but typically takes no more than one week after confirmation.

Our professional QC team inspects and checks the quality before loading. We are responsible for any damage or loss before the goods are loaded into the container.
What is the typical delivery time?
If stock is available, we can deliver within 7 days. For new production, it typically takes 20-25 days after receiving the deposit.
What are the payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T: 30% deposit of the total amount, with the 70% balance paid via T/T or L/C before shipment.
